How-To: Reset a User’s Quiz Attempts

For some courses, including any custom courses you build, you may encounter quizzes that have a limited number of available attempts. If a user uses all the available attempts, they will receive the message, letting them know that they need to contact a training manager.

To reset their attempts, go to Training Manager and access Personnel from the left menu. Click Edit next to the user.

Select the Courses tab. From this tab, you are able to view any courses that are locked.

You will receive a prompt asking you if you are sure that you want to reset the quiz attempts for this course.

After clicking “OK”, you will get a green message and be returned to the user’s Profile tab.
