How-To: Add Your Custom Certificate to a Custom Course and Activity

If you do not have a custom certificate currently in the CentreLearn Training System, please contact us with a .jpeg of any logo/signature you want added, as well as any specific wording you would like included. The customizable portion of a certificate is the bottom portion, below the name of the course/activity and to the left of the listed credentials.

Adding Your Custom Certificate to a Custom Course

Under Training Manager, access Course Builder from the left menu. Click Edit next to the course you want the certificate applied.

On the right hand side, click the gray Manage Approval Records button.

Click the Add Approval button.

Under Accreditation is the list of certificates available. You will need to add a Code (typically this is the course code) and a Start and End Date. The other areas are optional. Click Submit once complete.

Adding Your Custom Certificate to an Activity

Under Training Manager, access Activities from the left menu.

Under Completed Activities, click Edit next to the activity you want your certificate awarded. Click Manage Approvals.

Click the Add Approval button.
