Training: Convenient and Always Available
Online training with the CentreLearn Training System, which always includes the EMS and Fire course catalogs, is the most convenient way to replace costly face-to-face lectures. Your personnel can complete training requirements from a desktop or laptop computer in the station, a mobile data terminal in the ambulance, or on their smartphone or tablet when they are at home or on the road.
The CentreLearn Training System also includes a robust collection of health and safety courses, specifically designed for fire and EMS personnel, to help your department meet OSHA or state workplace safety training requirements. CentreLearn has the courses you need on bloodborne pathogens, respiratory protection, workplace violence, fire extinguishers, and much more.
Many organizations supplement the CentreLearn course catalogs, as well as their own custom-built courses, with catalogs from our content partners. Pair partner content with CentreLearn courses, hands-on exercises, or in combination with your own uploaded content – the choice is yours.

CentreLearn Reads All CE and Training Course Feedback
At the end of every course completed in the CentreLearn Training System, personnel are asked to give feedback. First, personnel are asked to rate the course from one to five stars, which powers the recommendation engine. Sharing specific comments and questions about the course is optional. After completing the course, personnel can write as much or as little as they wish.
All course comments and questions are read and triaged by CentreLearn staff. We receive a variety of comments in our feedback including technical/support questions and requests, and course quiz/lecture questions and comments. Corresponding with personnel is one of the favorite activities for many CentreLearn team members.
